/Television PR News/ - Clinton, MA, August 23, 2008, Richard Lowell Harding, Founder of Publish USA, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in photography and entertainment.
With more than 16 years of professional experience, Mr. Harding specializes in freelance photography, writing books and producing television shows. One of the most significant events to take place during his television career was a 1977 interview on worldwide TV with President Jimmy Carter, whose response to a question from Mr. Harding about a lasting solution for Middle East peace became the Camp David Accords and the Israeli-Egyptian peace treaty in 1979. This treaty represents the first working and lasting agreement between Arabs and Jews in 4,000 years of history. He produced television shows including "Thayer Symphony Orchestra" and "'Irish Blizzard Football and International Golf Classics." Also an author, he has published several books including "Where in the World Is God?" in 1968, "Stressed Out Again: Meditation in Motion" and the world's first Millennium Digital Diary: 2000-2008. Mr. Harding wrote a national computer-column for Bulletin Board Systems magazine during 1992-1994 and he served as Public Relations writer for the best selling author, Dr. Deepak Chopra from 1994-1997. Currently, he is creating an online book "Niche Fits," an online social network that collects and publishes real-life stories from people who have found their niches in life. Mr. Harding enjoys Digital Painting in an attempt to bring "East and West into a closer friendship." he has created a website (http://www.simplesite.com/china-gold) to merge the artistic talents of the global family.
Mr. Harding has been recognized as the World Digital Record holder of the Millennium Digital Diary. He is referred to as "Mr. Millennium." and has managed to have the United States Congress designate his hometown of Clinton, MA as the official Millennium Town, USA in 1999. He formed a historic museum collection for "once in a lifetime" Y2K souvenirs and holds a world record for the largest Millennium Digital Photo Diary of 31,000 photos by one man, one camera and one town. He also received the National Presidential Video Award in 1992, the first place award for the National Campbell's Soup Millennium Photo Contest in 2000 and the Published Photographer Bronze Award in 2005. Mr. Harding became involved in his profession because of his interest in video, photography and handwriting analysis, and attributes his success to the fascination and enjoyment of the home town people, places and projects. He is a graduate of Bob Jones University in South Carolina, Cum Laude in 1955.
