TVS Television Network to Bring Back Make That Spare Classic TV Show at the Silver Nugget Casino in Las Vegas With 26 New Episodes to be Produced in 2009.

Make That Spare, the venerable TV show of the 1960's (briefly revived in the 1980's), will return to television when the TVS Television Network resumes producing the game show at the Silver Nugget Casino in N Las Vegas. The show will now feature both PBA and LPBT bowlers. 26 new shows will be made.

HENDERSON, NV, October 15, 2008 /Television PR News/ -- TVS Television Network, the fourth oldest commercial TV network in the USA, will produce a new series of 26 half hour episodes of Make That Spare, the bowling game show that featured pro bowlers back in the 1960's-80's. The series will be produced at the Silver Nugget Casino in N Las Vegas at their newly renovated AMF lanes.

In the new version, both PBA and LPBT bowlers will appear, but the basic rules of the show will remain the same. Bowlers will be given a series of pin setups that they will compete to knock down for cash prizes.

"We are excited to be producing Make That Spare at the Silver Nugget Casino," said TVS CEO Charry Kennedy. "The old Make That Spare from Paramus Lanes with Johnny Johnston was a classic and we're looking to maintain the integrity of the show with this new version."

The Silver Nugget Bowling Center is a 24 lane AMF facility offering both league play and open play seven days a week. The casino bowling center is equipped with a state-of-the-art scoring system, snack bar, air hockey tables, lockers and a fully equipped Pro Shop. In addition, there is an Arcade for the kids and a bar for the adults near by.

The program will be aired in broadcast syndication, regional cable sports networks, and on various IPTV services including TV4U on HP, TV4U.Com, and KSHOTV.Com. It will be sponsored by Seamco Sports, a legendary sporting goods manufacturer but a newcomer to the bowling category. Seamco is introducing Seamco Bowling Balls, Seamco Bowling Shoes, and Seamo Bowling Wear through the sponsorship of Make That Spare.

Bowling Illustrated Magazine will be an alternate sponsor of Make That Spare and will carry coverage of all events on their www.bowlingillustrated.com E Magazine.
