TVS Television Network Begins Producing Celebrity Bowling Syndicated TV Series at Silver Nugget Casino in N Las Vegas to Air on TV4U.Com
TVS Television Network , the fourth oldest commercial TV network in the USA, has begun producing a 13 half hour episode series called Celebrity Bowling for national TV syndication and IPTV distribution.
HENDERSON, NV, November 03, 2008 /Television PR News/ -- TVS Television Network, the fourth oldest commercial TV network in the USA has begun producing a 13 episode half hour series of Celebrity Bowling. Hosted by long time Las Vegas TV veteran sports anchor Ron Futrell, the show is being produced at the Silver Nugget Casino Bowlingt Center using the New Tek Tricaster portable production studio.
In the first episode, Las Vegas magician Collin Foster defeated nationally syndicated TV host John Daly (Real TV, House Detectives) to earn a $1,000 donation to the Red Cross. Daly's $500 runnerup prize was earmarked for Las Vegas based chaniy Opportunity Village.. TVS will be producing this series at the Silver Nugget through February 2009.
"We are happy to be showcasing entertinment personalities on Celebrity Bowling," explained TVS CEO Charry Kennedy. " it gives them a chance to be seen away from their normal venue having fun and doing good for the community."
TVS has long produced bowling for syndicated TV. In the 1980's and 90's TVS produced the Ladies Pro Bowlers Tour (LPBT) with host Dwayne Dow. It is again producing LPBT Bowling as well as Make THat Spare, All Star Bowling, Pinbusters, Challenge Cup Bowling, and Jackpot Bowling.
TVS is utilizing the TV studio lanes of the Silver Nugget Casino, located at the northern tip of the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas. The Silver Nugget Bowling Center is a 24 lane AMF facility offering both league play and open play seven days a week. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art scoring system, snack bar, air hockey tables, lockers and a fully equipped Pro Shop. In addition, there is an Arcade for the kids and a bar for the adults near by.
All TVS Bowling productions will appear on the TV4U.Com 42 channel free internet TV broadband network. They are also available in barter syndication to broadcast stations and cable TV networks. |
