Breakthrough Dental Medical TV Series with Dynamic "DR.MIKE" in Advanced Stages of Pre-Production

Show Segments cover the direct correlation of cancer, diabetes, strokes and heart disease, obesity with poor dental hygiene, a national epidemic

    LOS ANGELES, CA, July 03, 2010 /Television PR News/ -- A new breakthrough dental/medical TV series that demonstrates the numerous illnesses and their direct correlation and possible causes, all of which result from poor dental hygiene, is in advanced stages of pre-production in New York and Los Angeles. From cancer to diabetes, from premature birth to premature death caused by strokes and heart disease, the series will explain with great production values, so many of these life changing maladies that can be easily prevented through better oral hygiene practices.

"Dr. Mike" Beeler, DDS., hosts with a guest panel of dental and medical specialists in the areas of different body diseases associated with poor dental health, such as Cardiologists, Oncologists, Family Therapists, Medical Doctors and Surgeons as guests on an as-needed basis focusing on each episode's specific topic. Guest speakers will be experts in their fields and published contributors for the AMA and ADA to create additional credibility.

The series will be a studio shoot, (Los Angeles) with satellite feed and location shoots with a B team for on-site correspondents to follow patients and to interview medical professionals at their hospitals, clinics and offices.

The producers of the TV series will strive to educate and instill a vital awareness of the potentially life threatening maladies of ones overall health directly associated with poor dental hygiene while demonstrating new techniques and procedures that make dental hygiene and health easier and gentler than ever before in dental history. To demonstrate how something as simple, and yet ignored, as flossing regularly can literally mean the difference between life and death. The show also plans to look at the psychological aspects associated with a healthy smile, self-esteem, confidence and productivity when people have a healthy smile and how it affects their overall lifestyle and goals.
